Return Agreement

This Return Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between [Societas Viatorum Touristic] (the “Operator”) and customers (“Customer”) who book tours through the Operator’s website (societasviatorum.com).

1. Purpose

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Operator agrees to provide a refund to the Customer for the purchase of tour services booked through the Website.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if the Customer cancels the tour booking at least [7] days before the scheduled tour date.

• Partial Refund: A partial refund of [80]% will be provided if the Customer cancels the tour booking between [1] and [7] days before the scheduled tour date.

• No Refund: No refund will be provided if the Customer cancels the tour booking less than [1] day before the scheduled tour date.

3. Conditions for Refund

• The Customer must submit a written cancellation request via the cancellation form available on the Website.

• The refund will be processed within [30] business days after receiving the cancellation request.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that the Customer used for the original booking.

4. Changes by the Operator

• In the event that the Operator needs to cancel or make significant changes to the tour, the Customer will have the option to either receive a full refund or accept an alternative tour of equal or greater value.

5. Force Majeure

• The Operator shall not be liable for any refunds due to cancellations or changes resulting from events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].

7. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Turkey/Antalya].

8. Acceptance

By booking a tour through the Website, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
