Distance Sales Agreement

DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

(Hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)

AND

Customer
(Hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”)

1. Introduction
This Agreement governs the online sale of tours, travel packages, and related services (“Services”) by the Company to the Customer through the Company’s website https://www.societasviatorum.com (“Website”). The Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement when purchasing the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for a tour or any other Services through the Website, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If the Customer does not agree with these terms, they should not proceed with the purchase.

3. Description of Services
The Company offers a variety of tours and travel packages through the Website. The Services offered are described in detail on the Website, including the dates, locations, prices, and other relevant details. The Company reserves the right to modify the details of any tour or service at its discretion, subject to applicable laws.

4. Contract Formation
Upon completing the online booking process and payment, the Customer receives an electronic confirmation (“Booking Confirmation”). This Booking Confirmation constitutes the acceptance of the Customer’s order and forms a binding contract between the Customer and the Company for the provision of the Services, subject to availability and the payment of any required amounts.

5. Payment Terms
The Customer agrees to pay the full amount for the Services at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made using the payment methods specified on the Website. The Customer acknowledges that the Company reserves the right to refuse any booking if payment is not received in full.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Customer has the right to cancel their booking as per the cancellation terms listed on the Website. Cancellations made outside of the applicable cancellation period will be subject to fees as outlined on the Website. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Company’s refund policy and will be credited to the Customer’s original method of payment.

7. Customer’s Rights to Withdraw (Right of Withdrawal)
In compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Customer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days of booking without incurring any penalties, provided the tour has not already commenced. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Company in writing or via email of their intent to withdraw from the contract. In the case of services already provided, or if the tour date has passed, the Customer’s right to withdraw is forfeited.

8. Tour Details and Modifications
The Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on the Website. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Services, including tour itineraries, prices, and dates. If such modifications significantly affect the Customer’s booking, the Company will inform the Customer as soon as possible. The Customer may choose to accept the modified services or cancel the booking and receive a full refund.

9. Liability and Force Majeure
The Company will not be liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by events outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or government action. The Company’s liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the affected Services.

10. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for ensuring they meet any health, visa, or other requirements for participation in the tour. The Customer is also responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process.

11. Privacy Policy
The Company respects the Customer’s privacy and commits to handling personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Website.

12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Antalya.

13. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. Any such amendments will be posted on the Website, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
